  Ordered pizza from their quite often, sometimes the pizza is undercooked the crust is still doughy and not golden brown like it should be. They had a 10 dollar promotion on for medium pizza's to a specific kind each day of the week I had called and asked if an exception could be made due to the pizza being offered for that particular day was not a kind I would prefer to have. Basically mid sentence asking if an exception could be made and was told no and was hung up on. This is small town drumheller and people are used to that "small town friendlyness" from local businesses. I did not feel that way when I contacted pizza hut and I am sure I am not the only one. I don't feel it was a big deal to make an exception. Better step up your game pizza hut drumheller is not a town where you want to piss off your customers because they wont come back.
